1st Choice Home Solutions is seeking skilled and professional siding crews to join our growing team.
We have proudly served the London area for over 30 years, specializing in high-quality residential and commercial siding installations. Due to continued growth and strong demand, we are looking for experienced crews who are committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service, resulting in the highest achievable pay.

Siding Crew Responsibilities
Your siding crew responsibilities will include:
- Installing and repairing various types of siding materials such as vinyl, steel, wood, stone
- Measuring and cutting siding to fit around windows, doors, and other architectural features
- Experienced with all forms of aluminum capping, good with a brake and caulking
- Properly sealing and flashing siding to prevent water damage
- Working with other trades to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols
Ideal Siding Crew Qualifications
We are looking for established crews that meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in siding installations
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other trades
- Own tools and equipment, trough machine would be a bonus and reliable transportation
- Truck and trailers need to be unmarked while on 1st Choice job sites
- Liability insurance, Working at Heights, WSIB coverage
- Ability to commute: Job sites vary in location from London, Sarnia, Grand Bend, Kitchener, Port Stanley and other surrounding areas. Travel will be required out of town depending on job site locations.
