Siding Sub Contractor

Job Summary

1st Choice Home Solutions is seeking an experienced Siding Sub Contractor. Install rates start at a minimum of $250.00/square plus extra for soffit, fascia, flashing etc.

Applicants must have the following:

– Minimum 3 Personal and 3 Business References

– Clean non-lettered truck preferred

– Working At Heights Certification

– Liability Insurance

– WSIB Insurance

– Own tools/ladders preferred

Our company is based out of London. Our working areas are Middlesex, Oxford, Elgin, Lambton, Perth, Waterloo and Huron counties.

We’re Looking for a Sales Representative to Join our Team

Using a consultative selling methodology you will get face‑to‑face with the decision maker to close the deal, work with sales management to develop new marketing strategies, and ensure a superior level of customer satisfaction is achieved to assist with customer retention. You’ll use your strong communication and selling skills to present value driven options to customers, overcome obstacles and close deals.

Duties will include:
Interacting with clients.
Gathering necessary information from customers to prepare a specialized quote and make the sale.
Becoming familiar with products and services.
Implementing sales strategies and techniques.
Providing customers with value-based renovation options for their home.
Meeting company sales targets and GP’s.

Our sales position includes:
A base salary
Company-generated and qualified leads
Monthly commission
Quarterly bonus potential

Marketing tools and samples provided by our manufacturers.
Office support with administration and marketing

Sales experience with proven results.
Past success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Can work autonomously and within a team environment.
Passion for the renovation industry as well as strong customer service skills.
Previous experience in a commission sales environment preferred.
Industry knowledge (lingo & products) an asset.
Must have their own communication devices and equipment (smartphone, laptop/iPad).
Ability to work flexible hours that accommodate our customers, including some evenings and some Saturdays.
Must have own vehicle.
Proven work ethic.
Possess a great attitude.
Police Reference Check.
