- Up to $40,000 from the Greener Homes Interest-Free Loan Program — Program details

Qualifying Upgrades & Rebates
- Attic Insulation: Up to $1,500
- Wall Insulation: Up to $3,600
- Basement & Crawl Space Insulation: Up to $1,500
- Heat Pump Water Heaters: $500
- Windows, Doors, Skylights: $100 per opening (min. 3 windows or 1 door/sliding door/skylight)
- Air Sealing: Up to $250
