The document shown is the version available on projects completed after Aug. 10, 2021. If your project was completed before this date you will have a slightly different workmanship warranty.Important documents are given to you in a package at your final inspection or emailed to you from our accounting office.
If you have misplaced your workmanship warranty documents and wish to have a copy emailed to you please contact accounting@fchs.ca.
Please note homeowners are responsible for keeping copies of their manufacturer and materials warranties in a safe place. These are issued by the manufacturer, not 1st Choice home Solutions, and therefore we do not have access to historical warranty documents.
