Please note every effort is made to keep this document up to date & showing our most recent warranty document, but discrepancies may occur.

The document shown below is the version available on projects completed after Aug. 10, 2021. If your project was completed before this date you will have a slightly different workmanship warranty. Your important documents were given to you in a final package at your final inspection or emailed to you from our accounting office. 

If you have misplaced your workmanship warranty documents and wish to have a copy emailed to you please contact accounting@fchs.ca.

Please note homeowners are responsible for keeping copies of their manufacturer and materials warranties in a safe place. These are issued by the manufacturer, not 1st Choice home Solutions, and therefore we do not have access to historical warranty documents.
